SPARK visibility levels
The following table shows the visibility levels that can be set for records or attachments within SPARK:
Visibility level
Description
All SPARK users
Indicates that the material is visible to all users. This includes:
IRRB Member organisations. For further information, see
Railway Research
Registered researchers in the Rail Research UK Association. For further information, see
http://www.rruka.org.uk/
Organisations with which RSSB/UIC have a knowledge sharing agreement
The groups shown under the RSSB staff and member access levels (see below)
SPARK users with member access
Indicates that the material is confidential to:
RSSB Member organisations. For details, see
http://www.rssb.co.uk/AboutUs/Pages/MEMBERS.aspx
Members of major British cross-industry groups who need access to restricted information in order to support their work for the group
RSSB staff
Indicates that the material is confidential to RSSB staff only.
